A threat actor using the alias BIGBROTHER has claimed to be selling administrator-level access to Togolese government systems. The post describes the access as a “first-time breach/leak,” signaling that this is allegedly the first time such sensitive credentials are being offered publicly.
According to the post:
- Access type: Togolese government admin panel
- Price: $1,000 (Monero/XMR cryptocurrency only)
- Condition: Not available for swaps, strictly for purchase
- Proof: Seller instructs interested buyers to make contact for verification
The seller, branding himself a “0day Vulnerability MASTER,” insists there is no Telegram channel attached to the deal, relying instead on direct communication.
If legitimate, such access could allow threat actors to:
- Steal or manipulate sensitive government data
- Disrupt government digital services
- Deploy further attacks on national infrastructure
- Exfiltrate confidential information
Government administrative access is one of the most critical assets, as it provides wide-ranging control over systems and databases. Such sales increase the risk of espionage, financial fraud, and potential sabotage.
