A new post on a dark web forum claims that the National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) of Morocco has been fully compromised by a hacktivist group identifying itself as PKa291.
According to the post, the group exfiltrated approximately 150,000 records containing:
- Motorcycle inspection data across Morocco
- Full names, national ID numbers (CINs), license plate details, and residential addresses
- Internal documents allegedly linked to fraud and bribery
PKa291 describes the incident as a “complete takeover” of NARSA’s management system, stating that this initial leak is a “proof of access” rather than a full data dump. The actor issued a message demanding government reforms, calling for an end to corruption and mismanagement.
