A threat actor using the alias “camillaDF” has published a post on a dark web forum claiming to possess a user database from the Egyptian website 100watt.com.eg.
According to the post, the alleged leak contains approximately 180,000 user records, including first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, and passwords, and is offered for sale in CSV format.
If verified, the dataset could expose thousands of Egyptian users to credential compromise, targeted phishing, and identity fraud.
The presence of password fields increases the likelihood of credential-stuffing attacks against other services where users reuse passwords.
This exposure also poses reputational and regulatory risks to the affected organization, given the inclusion of personal and contact information.
