A new data breach targeting a government portal in Mauritania has surfaced on the dark web. The threat actor kill9_x claims to have dumped the full candidature database from the official site: candidature.enc.gov.mr, which likely contains sensitive information on individuals applying or registered as candidates for national programs or exams.
